Come out an join us for a group sound bath. This sound bath is a meditative experience in which participants are immersed in a sound frequency that helps you relax and heal your body. It involves listening to resonant sounds produced by Tibetan crystal sound bowls, rain stick, bel, tunning forks, and wave drum. The sounds create soothing waves at different frequencies that can be used to reduce stress, induce sleep, enhance creativity, and promote spiritual development.
