HOW TO USE: To make an herbal infusion (tea),  add one teaspoon of dried herb to a cup of boiling water and allow this to steep for about 10 to 20 minutes. Strain and Cool to suitable drinking temperature. Add sweetener of choice (e.g. 100% grade B maple syrup, agave nectar (from sap), or raw honey) and a little lemon juice if you desire.  Drink and enjoy warm or cold. Drink 1 to 2 cups a day Best taken after breakfast and before sleep at night. 


This herbal tea blend can help aid with slow sugar absorption in the stomach, stimulate insulin control appetite, reduce inflammation, improve skin care, digestive health, weight loss, high in iron, lower cholesterol and can also aid with metabolism.


May Contain: fenugreek, fennel, chamomile, dandelion, red raspberry.
